KGPE-D16 no boot with M1Z3-6760P3V PSU

I have a chenbro RM31616 with a 760W Zippy PSU with has 24pin + 8pin + 4pin. Using either a 4pin molex or P4 power to 8pin eps adapter the board wont boot. I know the PSU is good, I just removed a running S1155 system from the case, and I know the board is good, I tested with a CX430 using the molex adapter.

Is there any reason for this not to work? Or, any other ideas to try out? TIA

Seems to be something to do with the SMBus header. I got the board to boot once after letting it sit all night unplugged. Plugged in the SMBus and no more boot. Any one know the pinout of the 5pin header?

I know that I ran my KGPE-D16 with a Zippy 2+1 PS without any problem. It had a 24-pin output, and 8-pin output, and a 4-pin output. I had to split the 4-pin to an 8-pin with a simple adapter, but that is all. I did not use the five or six pin PSUSMBus header on the MOBO.
