The 'Pro 2500' is listed as 20GB day for 5 years or 36.5TB endurance:
Intel SSD Pro 2500 (240GB) Review

Kalleyomalley has 989 available, maybe worthwhile if you could get a discounted price:

Speed seems similar to a SSD for these 2014 drives.

NB, There is some "New 256GB Intel 540s Series SSD M.2 2280 NGFF SATA 6 80mm , SSDSCKKF256H6"
going for $69 FYI

I bought one of those 256's last week. I am still trying to figure out what the heck it is.

SMART reports almost no usage so the drive appears fine. But I can't find out anything about that part number and the serial number does not match anything in the warranty database. The only thing reference to it I can find is in a declaration of conformity that lists it as a member of the family "540s, Pro 5400s, E5400s Series (Loyd Star) M.2, SATA Solid State Drives" but there are no 256GB 540s, Pro 5400s or E5400s drive in ARK. I may know more tomorrow when the m.2 to sata adapter I ordered arrives. None of the Intel tools want to talk to the drive in a m.2 to usb case.

Lilkely an OEM part is why you can't find more info specifically.
