Hello sth. I recently purchased an intel i350-t4 that appears to be a Cisco branded unit based on the part number (74-10521-01). I checked on the thread Intel i350-T4 genuine vs fake and based on some of those markers the card appears to be genuine.
The current challenge i'm having is with the nic not being detected by either the bios or the operating system. I have tried it in three machines total. Two dell optiplex desktop machines with ubuntu 20.04 server, and one desktop computer with a MSI board and windows 10. in all cases, there is a solid green light on one of the ports on the card, but neither the bios or the operating system can see the card. Windows device manager doesn't see it and running lspci in ubuntu also does not show the interface.
Before i conclude that there is a hardware problem and send the card back to the seller on ebay, i wanted to make sure i'm not missing anything else that i should check.

for anyone else in the future that comes across this post. The card was sent back to the seller for a refund. it was replaced with another one and that i350-t4 worked across all the machines without issue.
