That's a nice value add, yeah she went pretty quick, just correcting the time (zone) :)

NB. Seller listed one additional 300 GB S3500 after the original one was purchased.
This second drive has been purchased :).

This is just a heads up in case seller has any more additional stock that he/she will list down the track. FYI

Seller has listed another drive within 10 min of 2nd drive being purchased.
EDIT: price now $130.

One week delivery via USPS standard postage from Texas to Oregon???
(Should ordinary mail be so slow or could this a sign of a triangulation scam?)

$130 is too much (my 02 based on hgst/intel, and other intel drives of higher performance and endurance)

Good to know, can you elaborate on those thoughts for us that don't have the expertise or experience in this subject matter? Pretty please..

That depends on your perspective.

Yes the Intel S3700 is faster drive, and HGST and others may well be faster than a Intel S3500. But are those faster drives you are considering for the same or better price new or used?

Okay a used enterprise SSD could have longer life that I plan to use it. But some people value a new drive a little more than a used one.

That's my 2 cents worth. :D

I suggest you read some of the articles on Intel S3500 or S3700 and other hard drives on the main site at serverthehome or at website 'storagereview, com' It will give you a better idea about various drives available. Cheers
