so this is not the successor of cherry trail? I was hoping for an atom successor that would finally have standard inclusion of 4-8gb ram. The move to allowing installation of 64 bit os and 4gb ram with cherry trail was good. However cherry trail was lacking 10bit hevc decoding.

I would love to have a cherry trail successor tablet with 4-8gb ram, 4core (would be nice to also have hyperthread but fine without), and has 10bit hevc 4k decoding inside a tablet with at least 1080p screen that would last 15+hr of average usage. i love my lenovo yoga2 tablet that has 15 hr batt life but too bad it's only baytrail with 2gb ram

so what is cherry trail successor?
