huge performance issues with LSI 9217-8i ?

Hi guys, did anyone ever had such an issue with 9211 or 9217 HBAs ?

This is an 9217-8i, I created a raid 10 array with 6 brand new Intel 535 SSDS 180GB, and I cannot exceed the 30 MB/s in writes.
If I put the same sas cable on an LSI 9260-4i I get ~750 MB/s out of only four drives.
Swapping firmware did not work. Currently P19
Drive cache enabled or not, same issue, it's the only option I have anyways.

Any ideas please?

9217 has no on-board cache (9260 has 512MB). This might be issue if you create raid1 or raid10 array with multiple drives...

Even so, 6 ssds cannot write with 30 MB/s even with write cache disabled.
On the 9260 I am disabling cache anyway.
I will RMA this card.
