HP ProLiant SE316M1 DL160 G6 pricing?

HP Proliant SE316M1 DL160 G6 LFF 1x 2 4GHz QC E5620 12GB No HD P400 | eBay

I was looking at getting the above server. It supports up to 2TB 3.5" hdd's, and i'd like to use it as a VMware backup server installed in my rack.

I sent the seller a pretty low offer, and he counteroffered at $119+ nearly $40 shipping. Is that what I should be paying for this class of hardware? Or should I keep haggling with him to try and get the price lower?

It should have a P410 controller with ?? BBWC or FBWC (probably not included or dead battery). Plus sleds. I Think you could get a DL180 G6 with 8 - 12 3.5" Slots which would work better for a similar price!

What advantages does the P410 have? I am only going to be running old 2TB sata drives, not sas.

I like the 1u format as its smaller and lighter as well.

Do you think I should offer him less money if this is what I want?

EDIT: after looking, the DL180 is 2" longer than this one too, that won't fit in my rack.
