Hello all, looking for a way to reset an MSL2024 to factory default with encryption turned on. I bought it off of ebay and it has encryption enabled so I am unable to reset to factory default from the OCP or the web page. Is there any way around this? I have also tried buying a new controller card, put that in and the OCP just shows "Not Ready" and when I try to log in via web page, I get "Admin Password must be set from the OCP before login allowed".
