Moving the discussion here since it's very OP in the other thread where I started it.
I recently bought a couple of WD 3TB drives that I am looking to add to my server, but when I try to format it I'm told it can be formated to 1 2TB partition and one 0.7TB partition. The label on the harddrive tells me to ho here:

But I can't find anything there that actually helps me.
I tried to download their alignment tool here:

But all it does is send me to a "manage your account page"

Is there anyone who has a guide on how I can add this 3TB drive?
