Sorry, I will clarify in the OP.

This is a Barebones workstation, so it does NOT include CPU, RAM, GPU, HDDs. It does include the RAM shrouds as well as 1 CPU heatsink

I will need to double check, but I think I may have a set of rails laying around somewhere. There is 1 tray and then 7 fillers. Again, I may have a few more trays laying around that I could throw in.
