External GPU to X10SDV-F

Hi.

I have X10SDV-F with my Supermicro Compact Mini-Tower case (that have 1 slot on the backside for PCI-E devices). I want to connect GPU via PCI-E that has 2 slots
Is there any way to connect GPU externally to the MB? (I just don't have space on my case for 2 slots GPU)
My be just to use PCI-E extension cable if there is such one.
Or maybe some played with it?

I second the suggestion to reconsider your chassis. A single, slightly larger case will generally be smaller and tidier than your mITX case plus an eGPU.
