Ebay Motherboard and CPU from China

I'm looking to upgrade hardware and I was wondering if anyone has had experience buying hardware from China on Ebay? I'm looking at something like this combo. It's a good price but I'm thinking it may be too good to be true. Has anyone used this seller, or recommend a seller? Thanks for the help.
