Not sure if this is a great deal, but the guy has 2x 400gb 750's for $225.
Wear level is unclear - I asked, but so far, no response.
The daily wear rating on these (72 GB) is probably a little low for use as a ZIL drive, but I'm tempted nonetheless. It does have power loss protection.
Someone else should buy them so I don't spend the money.

These ones does not have boot rom if I'm not mistaken completely. I'd rather pay few bucks extra and get 4x512GB SSD's and set the on raid 10. But this is just me

Same here. Though I did end up using their price to drive done another seller of a used drive to $190.
