Power draw will be much less with these chips and you can do a dual setup cheaper than buying the 4c E5-26xx chips if you get a deal on the motherboard. I think the only down side to these vs the 1366 chips is you don't find boards that hold as much ram.

I am running 2x E5-2450L (1.8ghz, 8c/16t) with 64GB of ram for my home lab. I have a second board that has two of these 2418L's but have not really run it much as I don't have enough ram to put in it.
