Do 1U servers require low profile memory? (re: Supermicro CSE-512L-200B)

Does anybody know if most 1U server cases require low profile memory?

For example, I’ve purchased a Supermicro X11SSZ-TLN4F motherboard (DDR4) and a Supermicro CSE-512L-200B case (1U).

It looks like low profile or “very low profile” (“VLP”) is very difficult to find. Is it common to require low profile memory in 1U cases, or will most standard height (i.e. ~31mm) DIMMs fit?

You won't need VLP memory. That's pretty much just for blades. Standard stuff will work in any 1U.
