These drives don't have DELL on the label. Is it the case that the ones labeled DELL don't expose the same SMART data if used in a Supermicro server with LSI HBA/Raid? If that's the case, the lack of the DELL label on these would mean that these drives do expose that sort of thing? Thx!

These drives are mislabeled. Although they come with a dell drive caddy, these are not dell certified drives meaning that they don't have Dell firmwares and health status reporting will not work when used on Dell servers. You are essentially getting an Intel SSD with a Dell Tray. It will work as intended on your supermicro server.
