Dell H700: need SPD file

Hello, i would like to flash my Dell H700 to a LSI 9260-i8.

Unfortunately, I have flashed the SPD not the SBR!!!!

Now the Controller said:

RAID ADAPTER
unrecoverable Error
Please check the SDRAM connection
If problems persist contact Tech Support
Press any key to continue....

Can someone send me the SPD file from a H700 controller to flashed it again?

I am going to be playing/cross-flashing an integrated Dell H200 in an attempt to get the 9211IT LSI firmware on the integrated card working in the integrated slot.

Here is my intended procedure:

Procedure:

1. Boot PC to USB DOS
2. Megarec -adplist (Displays the RAID card ID, should be "0")
3. sas2flash -list (record the SAS address as the Dell cards don' t have stickers)
   
4. Megarec -readsbr 0 H200INT.SBR (Backup your current sbr file to the USB)
5. Megarec -readspd 0 H200INT.SPD (Backup your current spd file to the USB)
   
6. Megarec -cleanflash 0 (erases the current flash)
7. Reboot PC back to USB DOS
8. Megarec -m0flash 0 9211T.rom (9211 FIRMWARE FROM LSI website)
9. Megarec -writesbr 0 H200INT.SBR (SBR from our H200 Int.)
10. Megarec -writespd 0 H200INT.SPD (SPD from our H200 Int.)
11. Reboot

Anyone try this?

Do these flash to regular mode or IT mode? I'm trying to get my card into IT mode...

I am getting the same error on a Dell Poweredge T410 with PERC H700 RAID Controller. Funky thing is, it was just disconnected and removed for a month to try another controller. So, will flashing it fix this?

Also, how do I do the above Flash correctly? What tool/ steps for the attached ZIP file? esp for H700?

PS: I have updated the BIOS for T410 recently using its Service Tag and using its DOS / CMD based Flash Update .exe File
Also saved the Win x64 Variation of it.
