Decoding AMD EPYC 9004 lines on heat spreader

Trying to understand what the codes indicate on AMD's top plate.

On my 9684X, I see three lines (ignoring the origin country line).

On my 9274F, I see three lines with similar format, but under the country origin line I see an "S" printed.

Any insight appreciated.
