Create an Iso from an Game Disk?

Hi
Long story short I travel soon for a long Time and want play my good old Games on the go . Since there is no no need to carry a Drive and CDs anymore I look for an Software who can make an Iso Image out of all Disc. Yes I try some Software but the not make iso Images out of the Drives the put some Dics. into other Formats the Software I use to create a Virtual Drive cant access.
So can someone recommend an Software who create an Iso Image out of every Data CD/ DVD?

Your post is really hard to understand...

ISOs don't support meta data that might be required for games with copy protections like safedisc, starforce etc.
MDF work wonders for that, you can create the backup images and mount them via alcohol 120% free edition.
(I do that for GTA Vice City and San Andreas, with all the songs )

Year it would ne nice when I can play GTA SA onboard the Plane.
Currently I use WinCDEmu-4.1.exe for add iso Files.
