Who's done it?
We have a couple pieces of software we'd like to play around with auto deployments based on images, VM snapshots, etc... but more than just sending commands we'd need info from ESXI ideally too, like CPU Usage/RAM Usage/Etc that we could integrate into some software already in place for management.
I know we've done this for some of the web hosting providers, but I'm not sure if all is possible out of the box or if they have a custom back-end or other customizations.
