Buying H11SDi on ebay or newegg?

On eBay, sellers sell motherboards worth usd400-500, new, without original packaging,
Are these some batches from the factory with minor defects?

asked myself some time ago how the warranty state of these boards is.
a OEM becomes not 3 years warranty. so if these board are from OEM stockage, you may have not any warranty from SM.
but this is still unclear.

a seller buys the boards for i.e. 200usd from SM and sells them for 500usd to you.
the OEMs get them cheaper because all RMA is done by OEM.(remember the less warranty)

i was asked several times to buy from another store because the're monthly limit was reached.
i think 3 or more stores sell same items.
