i would be looking for $125 shipped to the CONUS. Pretty sure these are the only low profile single slot blower Nvidia cards capable of 4K H.265 transcoding, or at least where when i got them, made by some (at least in the US) obscure Chinese manufacturer called ASL. They have hdmi and dvi connectors on the back. if you dont care about two slots or can go full height there are cheaper options, but if you need something very compact and low power for Plex/Emby/etc media transcoding, and which wont just recirculate hot air in your chassis but actually exhaust it, these are one of the few if only options.
