Heh. Nice find. I have been seeking for 7010T-48 for a while, but I could only find 7048 for reasonable price.

I added a 7050 to the lab yesterday. If for $6000 I could get this with a 10Gbase-T and a 40GbE card I would have jumped on it.

Pretty cool stuff. Anyone know if these are custom ASIC or broadcom based?
The 7500E series is based on the broadcom BCM88650.
The new 7500R series is based on the broadcom Jericho.

I think this is the first generation 7500 chassis / linecards, and I can't find any info on it.

edit: 99.9% certain it's merchant silicon too. Arista doesn't like to design their own.
edit2: found it. first-gen 7500 is based on intel/fulcrum
