Define "cheap" - for 10x 10G ports there really is no "cheap"...
Also if you want 10GBase-T prepare for a lot of power draw and heat/noise. The only sensible configuration would be SFP+ and DACs/fiber on all ports (or at least on most ports).
My definition of cheap is around $100.

Used switches are ok, and noise is not an issue the switch will be in a server closet.

That will simply not happen. Maybe as others said used. But 10gbase-t is very expensive.
The cheapest chinese ones are around $250 or so. For $100 you can get 8xsfp+ port new.
