That isn't my thread and I don't know the OP. The drives are used and appear to have fairly low TBW and ~3.5y left of the original retail warranty. The seller has been trying to sell them for a while, so maybe he'll negotiate.

I'm tempted, but I need more platters for bulk storage and not SSDs.

That is about what I have been getting them for. Although I snagged a one-off a few weeks ago for $225 for the 400GB S3700
