Hello, I bought what I thought 2 of the same SSDs, but looking at disk info I see number of differences. Anything critical that jumps out to you?

Well, both have different firmware, if I am correct those are Intel DC S3500 models. Would recommend to update (available at solidigm website).
The different transfer modes are initiated by your data controllers (what motherboard are they plugged to?).
Difference in standard comes most probably from different firmwares, sata controller might have a part at this as well.

The 2nd disk is connected over sata/300 cable/controller | while the other is connected at rated sata/600 mode.
(or the other way around 2nd disk being 3Gbps version, and 1st one is 6Gbps version)

sata/300 = sata2 3Gbps
sata/600 = sata3 6Gbps

Updated firmware on both using Solidigm tool. They show the same standards now.

It's intel server. S2600CP MB. Now I remember (been awhile)
Basically, server got 16 SSD slots in front.

However, MB got only 6 SATA ports. 4 of them black and 2 white.
I have only 2 SATA3 plugs in right stack. And 4 SATA2 plugs in right rack on top.
Left rack is not even working (nor slots 3/4 in right rack)

Now all makes sense.
@CyklonDX, in topic about LSI raid controller, how all this would work together? Is there RAID controller with SATA ports which I can connect 2 SATA cables I have spares for my hot swaps upfront?
