I'm looking for a switch for work.

SFP+ is fine but a few copper ports would be nice.

So far I can find the Ubiquiti ES-16-XG, Mikrotik CRS326-24S+2Q+RM, and the Mikrotik CRS317-1G-16S+RM.

I want a GUI as this is a part time job at work so I don't want to go CLI only. New and under $1K shipped is also a requirement.

Layer 2 is fine but Layer 3 within budget would be great.

Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

10Gb on all ports is required but it can be a mix of copper and SFP+.

I have been running a ES-16-XG at home for about 6 months now and have been happy with it. I've never handled/used a Mikrotik switch.

ETA: We have a NAS that has a built-in 10Gbe port is where the copper need comes from.

We are using Cisco SG250-26P switches currently and they have treated us well. They were also extremely cheap on Provantage one day ($210) about 2 years ago so we grabbed 4 of them to replace the ancient 10/100 switches that we were using.

I like the Cisco warranty and they have been good to us at work and I have 4 different SG250/SG350 switches at home too.

They do what we need them to.

Also look at Cisco SG350XG-24F model. You might be able to find a used one under 1k on eBay. New one is at least twice as much.
