I do not remember offhand. The SLC versions were basically write ad much as you want. MLC is likely high enough that you will never hit it.

Here is a pdf of the specs. For me it is the price (.216 per 1GB) + endurance. Only if there was someone out there that have the "how to" enable "wideport" on the drives for increasing performance on RAID 1+0. I have the proper cables. Nothing special, just my preference.

Although price increase is small, it's getting close to many Intel S3700 that went for ~ $200 IIRC and they perform better i guess without having checked the specs.
