Is anyone here familiar with this device? I picked one up, can log into the Web UI but can not get it to see any drives, I've tried SAS, SATA, all sizes... nothing. AccuSTOR AS316IXR I've reached out to the company but I'm assuming - no reply = no support as I didn't buy it from them and picked...
