From my experience, the usual culprit for newer Windows OS, 10 22h2 or 11 23h2, with older supermicro boards is intel management engine. Just grab your manual and disable it via the jumper caps,then all should be ok
Did a little more testing on this. So it seems that there is 1 newer version after 4.1 that actually works. 4.6, installs 4.6 gui- installs 4.6 sata controller driver, installs 4.5 scu controller driver. It's the last version that works
available here...
