    LGA 1700 Alder Lake "Servers"

False alarm! I was using Memtest86 6.0 from a Proxmox 7.3 image which failed instantly at Test 9. I'm running v10 now, and so far, so good. I will run this for 24 hours or so to be sure and provide an update. Phew!

    LGA 1700 Alder Lake "Servers"

I stand corrected. I'm failing Test 9 (Modulo 20, random pattern). Are the sticks bad, or is this an expectation with DDR5? Everything is on auto, and I've bumped VDD & VDDQ a tad over 1.1v, but it won't pass. i9-13900k 4x KSM48E40BD8KM-32HM @ 4800MHz W680 ACE

    LGA 1700 Alder Lake "Servers"

I apologise for the very late reply. Yes, I am referring to KSM48E40BD8KM-32HM, and I'm using a 13900k. I was on the initial release but just updated it to the latest. I had a similar experience to you, but I found that the memory controller was running at 1.35v and the DRAM at 1.3v when...

    LGA 1700 Alder Lake "Servers"

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Like "ddr5ecc", I could not boot at all if running at 4800mhz on the W680-ACE. To boot with four sticks of 32GB running at 4800mhz, I had to change the memory controller voltage to 1.15v. I also set each stick to 1.10v using the option "By per PMIC", which I've...

    LGA 1700 Alder Lake "Servers"

I think the Crucial Advisor Tool is returning "Compatible" for tested parts only, all else, including untested, is "Incompatible".

    LGA 1700 Alder Lake "Servers"

I'm a bit more confident ordering these Kingston sticks over the Crucial Unbuffered ECC sticks, as Crucial claims theirs are incompatible (untested). At least I can go back to Kingston and push for a return if they aren't compatible. Or at least I hope I can...

    LGA 1700 Alder Lake "Servers"

Kingston claims their ECC sticks are compatible with ASUS W680-ACE IPMI. I ordered some of their 32GB sticks to test. KSM48E40BD8KM-32HM

    LGA 1700 Alder Lake "Servers"

Hi, I'm looking for DDR-5 ECC RAM for the Asus Pro WS W680-ACE IPMI. The QVL only lists ECC support for Innodisk: M5CV-AGS2LC0P-B (16G) M5CV-BGS2MC0P-B (32G) So, I wonder if anyone has tested modules from other manufacturers to confirm compatibility. Thanks
