Patching Intel X520 EEPROM to unlock all SFP+ transceivers

I have very strange error... When I try to patch my card. Command ethtool -E ens106f0 magic 0x10FB8086 offset 0x58 value 0xfd cause reply: offset & length out of bounds Please, help! I need this patch!!
