@foureight84 xeon-ds 4c8t are going to idle in that range of 20-30 watts. I have a supermicro that's the same way. To get lower than that, you'd have to drop down to an atom or a celeron.

Has anyone had success in replacing the fan? My unit just arrived and the fan itself is DOA.
