    Was really looking at the C2570 as then i would of not needed the addin HBA and could off maybe in the future added a HBA with external port to connect up to a JBOD in another NSC-800

    Same setup that i am now looking at after reading about the Marvell issues with the C2570 ASRock board, as like you i will be using mdadm for raid off a M1015. Not bad temps at all, there seem to be no vents near the front of the case to draw fresh air in to the case, was thinking of seeing...

    Hi Matt I have just ordered a NSC-800 and looking for a motherboard for it, how do you find the cooling in the case, is the Noctua NH-L9i up to the job? also how are you finding the 120mm case fans. I was thinking of switching these to Noctua NF-S12A, do you have a build thread? Cheers Mike
