This problem is not os related, the system crashes/freezes before the os is loaded. The bios doesn't support the rtx series, so we have to wait for bios F11 or a fix from gigabyte. We got in touch with gigabyte so we have to wait for their response.

Iff we put one RTX2080 in slot 3 systeem systeem boots and gives signal. adding second card in slot 1(1+3) no boot no signal. adding slot 4 (3+4) no boot and no signal. adding slot 5(3+5) systeem boot, gives signal but freezes with error 9c. adding slot 6 (3+6) no boot no signal.

We got 4x 1070Ti working, but when we place RTX 2080 the systeem gives no signal. iff i check log i see this System Software event: System Event sensor, OEM System Boot Event was asserted

Iomm is disabled, 4g enabled , but we can't find the acs option you mentioned. Can you explain this a bit more ? : outboard via disabled.card slots to uefi . In legacy mode you can choose in the vga legacy tab if you want external 1/8 or onboard .

Update : We got 3 cards working on F10, but when we add a 4th the same error occurs, the display won't get signal and the boot leds are off. We have to reflash the system to get it back up and running with 3 cards.

We got the 3 cards working with the onboard vga, but with the 4g dcoding it keeps freezing. Now with 4 cards we won't get a signal.

The problem is that the system will freeze when we put a 4th card in, even in the 3th slot.

We will try the 4g decoding part and the onboard vga tomorrow. We got 3 cards, on slot 1 4 and 6 with riser cable's. Putting a card directly on the board isn't a good idea since they are 2.7 slot cards and will conflict with the riser cables.
