D-Link DGS-1100-05 Grounding

Hello All I bought this little switch to connect my servers together and accordingly the manual I need to ground it. My servers are Quanta Windmills and they are simply sitting on a metal shelve with plastic feet. Where should I ground my switch? Thank you, Nz0
