Assistance finding a mostly quiet POE switch (or can be made quiet with fan swaps)

Can anyone suggest a quiet (<35 db) 24 port POE switch w/ 4 SFP+ ports? Nice to haves include: ssh management, 802.3ad or stacking.

Two Ruckus ICX 7150-C12p's. Fanless FTW

I've bought 5 or 6 of these. I keep installing them for family. I've replaced the power supply on a few of them for $50 each. These are my favorite switch because they're fanless and still supported.

^Read again. 24port w 4 SFP+. The ICX 7150-C12p is half that. Doing 2 and stacking via SFP+ still limits it to 2 SFP+...
