Received Connectx-4 Lx stuck in livefish mode. Any ideas?

Got this card off ebay and it came stuck in livefish mode. Seems like this was maybe a lenovo card even though it was advertised as mellanox oem.

Searching has come up empty, I have no idea how to attempt to get it out of livefish. Is it even possible or do I just return it to the ebay seller?

I see nothing unusual.
I would try to flash the MCX4121A-ACAT firmware and check if the card start in the normal mode.

I bought a CX5 card off ebay last year, same problem. After fussing with it for an hour, I returned it.
