Wonder how starlink would help thousands of people in one place. Theres not enough reliable bandwidth. One single user right now isn't sending simple unencrypted email over GPRS anymore. One load of facebook is like megabytes of data.
Its crazy to think there's just one cable for a whole country out there but such is the budget of many of island nations!

AAG, ASE, TGN-IA, SEE-ME-WE3, SEE-ME-WE4 all have failure currently , most near Hong Kong due the typhoon last week but SMW3 is the Perth to Singapore segment.
Looks like the hong king area repairs will all be the same boat and will take into February to be all good again.
