It has nothing to do with microcode. I tried it with asrock x99m killer 3.1, e5-2683v3 and I manually modified the BIOS to get latest microcode. It won't post. post code 19 60 66 and restart. 66 seems means it already passed PEI which indicates that memory controller init has passed.... which...
