Good points. My 7250 is a non-PoE model, but I'm sure adequate cooling is even more critical with PoE models and their larger PSUs. Do you have any examples of quieter 40mm fans that fit that criteria? Before I went with the Noctuas, I couldn't find any suitable replacements.
