Yeah Thanks, The iperf confirmed link speed was about 9.46 gbps. Not sure why the servers are unable to transfer between each other at any speed over 1 gbps. I get the overhead part, but it shouldn't be about 9 gbps worth of it. Same results over nfs, rsync, scp.
