So, there have been people that have gotten it having the MB with the rev 1.0 and a rev 3.0+ BIOS. I'd prefer to use a V2 CPU and not have to get a V1 CPU just to flash the BIOS, but it seems like it would be a guessing game on what BIOS version is installed at this point?

I got mine today. Mine had both heatsinks/fans but no shroud.
