Thank you for feedback! On other note i also have QNAP TS-412 with 4x 1TB drives and psu NETGEAR ReadyNAS Ultra 2 with 1x 2TB and updated to 2GB ram and ReadyOS6 , psu and original box

From the model seems that it's LRDIMM shame.. i already have 1 32GB RDIMM 2xr4 stick so those won't work :(
