Enable PFC and ECN on your switch. If you are using different port speed or M:N(not 1:1) servers/clients, just enable PFC and ECN. I do not know why but usually it works.(I using linux + nfsrdma , do not forget to use mlnx_qos or something equal on windows to enable it on your nic port)
