Yeah the English is a bit off, but I have bought from these guys a couple of times in the past and have never had any issues.

    Sandisk SX350 3.2TB SSD 230 USD

I'm using one of these for vSphere 6.7 right now and they are definitely amazing, especially at this price. I got mine for $250 about 3 months ago and felt it was a steal at that price. Below is a speed check I just ran as an example. (it's got a few other disks running on it at the same time...

    Aruba MAS series SFP+ & POE+ switches sub-$100

Welcome to the club. Just a suggestion to be sure to monitor temperatures after changing the fans. I had to pull my Noctuas back out for an intermediate CFM/noise option because the temperatures were dangerously high after I swapped. Your mileage may vary but it’s worth checking temperatures to...

LSI / Avago CacheCade incredibly slow?

Long story... but I accidentally deployed a large 60TB volume initially using thin provisioning in vmware and didn't realize it. When I did, I manually inflated the disk which took several days, and even after that, the performance was never right. It probably did have something to do with...

LSI / Avago CacheCade incredibly slow?

Hi @DReffects . You're welcome :). While I was not overwhelmed with the CacheCade results, I actually didn't think the card was doing that badly with these sequential read/write numbers in RAID 6 with 11 "slowish" SATA drives connected. However, I was having some other weird problems with the...

LSI / Avago CacheCade incredibly slow?

I ran across your post today while testing a new CacheCade Pro 2.0 setup. The main datastore is 11x8TB WD Whites in RAID 6, Cache is 2x200GB SanDisk Enterprise SAS SSDs (on the LSI approved list). I thought I'd post my results here for future users as well. Some nice improvements on random 4k...

Help needed VMware ESXi 6.5 issues with HBA

Adding in a recent experience to save future Googlers time when trying to solve this same problem. I am running a Super Micro X9DR7-LN4F motherboard with an onboard LSI2308 6Gbps HBA. I am running vmware 6.7 U3. The LSI 2308 is running v20.00 firmware and even after installing the recommended...

8 bay 6G SAS/SATA Drive Enclosure and HBA

Thanks Crash. Is the internal external adapter a dual port SF-8088 or single ? Just trying to figure out what I all need for this to get it connected. Current setup is an 8-port LSI RAID card in a server chassis connected to an Intel SAS expander with a bunch of disks in the existing server...

If this is still available, do you have dimensions of it please? Secondly, pictures of the the inside please? Are they 5" or 3" drive bays? (or a model # of what this is so I can google it myself). Thanks.

    Aruba MAS series SFP+ & POE+ switches sub-$100

Yeah I have one. The outside of the switch where the air comes in is about 26-28 C depending on exact location on the switch. (Quite a bit short of the 52 reported fortunately)
