Did you try any other speed? 9800? Strangely for me it initially used 9800,8,1. Just connect the USB and it should work. Ensure the console works. The rest is easy.

It is working for me. I will try to upload it mega.nz sometime tomorrow. Also I have installed it fine on the D4040 switch including the deb firmware. I am still "not" able to set an IP in the switch and ping a 40Gbe Nic on a server. Dont know what is the problem or may be I could not doing it...
