I was having the same issue before on Bios 2.20 The workaround is to set the PCI-e port speed to PCI-e 2.0 and it works flawlessly. And just now I updated the Bios to 2.54, it seems I can finally run at PCI-e 3.0 speed without any issues! My QNAP Card: QM2-2P2G2T My SSD: Samsung PM981a 1TB
