    Synology DS1821+ SFP Networking

I think easiest and cheapest solution is to use DAC cable like: https://www.amazon.com/ipolex-0-5-Meter-SFP-H10GB-CU0-5M-Ubiquiti-Supermicro/dp/B06XNRLWCQ Fiber is good if you have more distance to cover like over 10f

    Celestica Seastone DX010 32Port 100G QSFP28 $250

I used this Youtube video details and some googling around: guide is comprehensive and allows one to update Sonic to recent version. I would suggest to upgrade Onie first though as default ssh was so old that you cannot ssh into Celestica without messing around with ssh cipher changes. Likely...

    Celestica Seastone DX010 32Port 100G QSFP28 $250

Just an update, powered switch and installed new Sonic image, lowered fans speeds a bit (still loud, need to put it on closet). Was able to get couple of 40G/100G connections successfully. Should not contain Atom bug either: admin@sonic:~$ setpci -s 00:00.0 8.b 03

Switch arrived. Looks ok, manufacturing date is 04/2018, should be safe, Came with power cables, ears, console cable and grounding that look unused. Will power it on later

    Supermicro H12SSL-i, H12SSL-C, H12SSL-NT, H12SSL-CT boards - notes, experiences

Hi, I got H12SSL motherboard with 7301 this week. All worked ok, I also have Samsung 2133MHz ECC REG memory but 7301 is Zen2. BMC password from sticker and login 'ADMIN' worked fine, your guess looks correct to me. I connected cases cables to power switch and reset pins JF1 block and they worked...

Lenovo Connectx-4 card flash to Mellanox
