cool, I'll try that setting with some 2400T and 2666V modules I have. Are you able to confirm that your memory in this configuration is running in ECC mode in the OS?

I had the same issue with PC4-2400T modules in all 4 slots, I could boot into memtest86 but it would crash after a while from all the uncorrectable ecc errors, and I tried the same modules on a different board to make sure they where not defective (they were not). The only way I found to get it...

I based my price on the same model on ebay, to be honest I don't know if this intel card you say is better or worse than mine, for sure is not the same card :)
